Story of MFNS Tech

The world we live in is facing many environmental challenges, and one of the most pressing is the contamination of our land, air, and water. Whether caused by industrial activities, oil spills, agricultural runoff, or other sources, environmental contamination has serious consequences for human health, wildlife, and ecosystems. In order to mitigate the negative effects of these pollutants and restore our environment to a healthier state, it is crucial to have effective solutions for environmental remediation.

This led to the development of a sponge-based technology that can selectively remove pollutants from the environment. That’s when Dr Vikas Nandwana co-founded MFNS Tech, a cutting-edge environmental remediation start-up that is revolutionizing the way pollutants are removed from the environment. 

MFNS Tech believes that environmental remediation is not just a challenge, but also an opportunity. Their mission is to develop innovative and eco-friendly technologies that can mitigate the impact of environmental pollution and preserve our planet for future generations. As the Chief Technology Officer and a co-founder of MFNS Tech, Dr Vikas Nandwana is proud to be a part of this mission and have dedicated himself to finding new and innovative solutions to the environmental challenges that we face. MFNS Tech's technology is more efficient and effective than current state-of-the-art solutions and is also reusable, making it a cost-effective and sustainable solution to environmental remediation.

The first product developed by MFNS Tech is the OHM Sponge, designed for oil spill remediation. The OHM Sponge is a cost-effective and eco-friendly solution that can selectively remove oil from an oil/water mixture. With the ability to absorb oil 30 times its own weight, the OHM Sponge is a highly efficient solution for removing oil from the environment. The oil can be recovered from the sponge by squeezing it, and the sponge can then be reused, allowing for multiple cycles of use.

Another product developed by MFNS Tech is the OHM Media, designed for produced water or any oil-contaminated industrial wastewater treatment. Unlike the OHM Sponge, which removes oil from the surface of the water, the OHM Media is used as a filtration media to remove dispersed oil throughout the water column.

In addition to the OHM Sponge and OHM Media, MFNS Tech has other innovative products in the pipeline for other pollutants. Unfortunately, I can’t disclose them for various reasons, but these products will address a range of environmental contamination issues.
